Mr. Anderson received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington. Mr. Anderson’s practice is centered around dissolution actions, and he has been practicing for more than 41 years. His clients range from middle class workers to CEOs, doctors, lawyers, and professional athletes. Mr. Anderson co-wrote a book for the layman, Divorce in Washington, generally detailing the law on various subjects including property division, custody, child support, and maintenance. This book is sold exclusively through the firm of Anderson, Fields, McIlwain & Dermody, where his latest book, Understanding Family Law in Washington, is also sold. Mr. Anderson has been a guest and lecturer on various television and radio programs, has taught professional seminars for attorneys, and has served as a Judge Pro Tem in both the Superior and District Courts.
