This year alone, Gass Weber Mullins attorneys prosecuted multimillion-dollar claims over the marketing and sales of consumer products throughout Europe as well as claims against one of the world’s largest banks for walking away from over $30 million in loan commitments. The attorneys also defended multimillion-dollar claims against an Eastern European business owner involving parties and interests in five countries; defended an international product manufacturer against 20 personal injury claims in Montana; and represented one of the nation’s largest privately held companies in food-safety litigation across the country.
