Profile

Attorney Menting graduated with honors from college with a degree in mathematics.  He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1993. Divorce cases are complex.  The issues range from creating placement schedules to permit children to thrive, to the valuations of businesses or pensions.  Attorney Menting’s mathematical and analytical background have provided a background to analyze all family and financial issues to assist clients with a resolution that is fair and well-reasoned.  Not only has Attorney Menting been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer, but he has also been selected by his peers as a Director for the State Bar Family Law Section.  He is a regular presenter at legal seminars and is a Fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He has written legislative proposals and testified before legislative bodies in Madison.
