Profile

Ben received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to entering private practice, he was in-house counsel for McDonald’s Corporation and MGIC Investment Corporation, where he was general counsel of Commercial Loan Insurance Corporation. Ben has represented some of Milwaukee’s largest shopping centers and both commercial and residential developers. He has been mentioned in Milwaukee Magazine in its Best Lawyers Edition (1995 and 1999) and was named to Wisconsin Super Lawyers in 2006 and 2007. Ben has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has mediated over 200 real estate disputes in the past five years. He has chaired the mediation round table at the ICSC Law Conference.
