Dennis L. Fisher is a shareholder with the law firm Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation with emphasis on general business litigation, including contract, property damage, environmental remediations, business torts, civil rights, municipal law, and insurance coverage.  Mr. Fisher has litigated cases in circuit courts throughout Wisconsin, U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Administrative Hearings (such as the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources), and arbitration hearing under the American Arbitration Association Rules and other arbitration systems.  Mr. Fisher has also represented clients in federal and state courts in other states, and has represented many clients on appeals in both the state and federal court systems.
