Greg Everts is a business and intellectual property litigator with extensive experience in trials, hearings, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and defense of federal and state regulatory enforcement actions. His primary practice involves breach of contract claims, business torts, trade secret and non-compete disputes, securities and brokerage disputes, insurance coverage issues, and claims of trademark and copyright infringement, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and unfair competition. He has also defended numerous companies in regulatory enforcement actions brought by state and federal government agencies.
