James W. Gardner is a shareholder in the firm of Lawton & Cates, S.C., in Madison, Wisconsin. He successfully litigates complex cases in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and personal injuries that have resulted from motor vehicle accidents. His other practice areas include handling insurance bad faith claims, business litigation and representing farmers in stray voltage cases.
