Mr. Welsh represents a wide variety of closely-held businesses in various business transactions, including real estate and business purchase and sales, commercial leases, corporate governance and employment matters. In addition to his work representing businesses, Mr. Welsh also assists individuals in estate planning and business succession matters. Mr. Welsh has substantial experience in the commercial leasing area and is a member of the ABA Commercial Leasing Section. He is a frequent speaker on state and national levels on commercial leasing issues. In 2010, Mr. Welsh was named one of Wisconsin's "Up and Coming Lawyers" by the Wisconsin Law Journal and he was named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2010 and 2011.
