Katherine Charlton is a shareholder at Hawks Quindel Ehlke & Perry, S.C. and has practiced employment law for nearly 25 years. Charlton represents individuals in negotiating employment, non-competition and severance agreements, and also practices family law. She holds degrees from Bryn Mawr College and the Vermont Law School. Charlton is a past chair of the MBA Labor and Employment Section and the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and has received numerous state and local awards for her pro bono efforts.
