I have concentrated my practice in civil trial law for the past 29 years.  I am a board certified civil trial specialist, a certification issued to me by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  I have been selected to be a Fellow in the  Litigation Counsel of America, a Trial Lawyer Honorary Society.  I carry an "AV" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  My recent experiences include representing both corporations and individuals in unfair trade practices and  trade secret litigation, land owners in municipal civil rights violation litigation, and individuals victimized by personal injury resulting from the negligent conduct of state employees.  I have served on the boards of Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, Geneva Lakes Family YMCA and the Elkhorn Area High School Scholarship Foundation.  I try cases before state and federal courts throughout the country.
