Mark A. Peterson handles complex litigation, product liability defense (including toxic/asbestos exposures), and business cases (contract, construction, fiduciary, and insurance coverage). He has argued cases in the federal and Wisconsin appellate courts. Bar admissions include Wisconsin and Colorado; the U.S. District Courts of Wisconsin, Colorado, and Minnesota; the U.S. Court of Appeals (Seventh and Tenth Circuits); U.S. Claims Court; and U.S. Supreme Court.
