Profile

Mark received his undergraduate business degree and law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to private practice, he was Senior Vice President of MGIC Investment Corporation. He chaired the Milwaukee Bar Association Case Mediation Committee and has undergone extensive mediation training. He chaired the district committee of the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. He was President of the Village of Fox Point. He confines his practice to litigation of business disputes, counseling business clients, and mediating business disputes. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
