Mark J. Gherty is a partner and shareholder in the firm of Gherty and Gherty, S.C. He practices with his brother, Terrence Gherty, and Terry’s wife, Susan Gherty. His practice is limited to criminal and civil trial work. He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. His prosecution of a 1997 wrongful death trial was featured in Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and CBS News’ 48 Hours. He believes in strong community involvement and serves on several boards of various organizations. He is an avid inline skater and 20-year participant in the American Birkebeiner.
