Mr. Gagne’s practice is limited to Family Law issues, including complex financial and custody cases. He has represented parents in local, interstate and international custody disputes. He has also been involved in numerous complex financial cases, including the valuation of closely held businesses, stock options, executive compensation and employee benefits. He offers cooperative divorce and collaborative divorce as well as traditional divorce to his clients. He has also acted as a mediator and arbitrator in Family Law matters since 1990. Mr. Gagne was named as one of Milwaukee’s best divorce lawyers by Milwaukee Magazine in 1995, 2001 and 2003. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, Leading American Attorneys Network and The Best Lawyers in America. He is a 1981 cum laude graduate of Boston University Law School.
