Mr. Acosta received a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating general business contracts as well as other transactional documents for business purchases and agreements. He has due diligence experience, including corporate assets and liability. Additionally, Mr. Acosta has experience advising counsel on proper securitization of collateral.
