Neil Magner is a partner with Magner, Hueneke, Smith & Borda, LLP, in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Attorney Neil Magner practices in the areas of family law and consumer litigation. Mr. Magner handles cases such as divorce, child custody and child support, spousal support, post-judgment modifications and FDCPA claims. He represents clients in circuit courts throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington counties.

Neil Magner is admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and the U.S. District Court-Eastern District of Wisconsin. Neil Magner is a member of the State of Wisconsin Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association-Family Law Section and the Milwaukee Bar Association, Society of Family Lawyers Section.
