Profile

Pamela J. Tillman is a shareholder with the firm where she concentrates her practice on commercial litigation with emphasis on complex insurance coverage, insurance defense, business torts, employment, and contract disputes.  She has litigated cases in various state courts, including Wisconsin, California, Georgia and Ohio.  She has also litigated in numerous federal courts across the country including in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Central District of California, and the Middle District of Florida, and administrative proceedings before the Equal Rights Division, Labor Industry Review Commission, and Labor Standards Bureau.  She has also represented many clients on appeals in both the state and federal court systems.

  • Recently authored a feature article in the Wisconsin Defense Counsel Journal entitled "Wisconsin Holds a Defaulting Insurer Strictly Liable for the Unproven Negligence of its Non-Defaulting Insured" (Fall 2009) and co-authored an article for the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin on the effects of an insurer's failure to defend under Wisconsin law.
