Attorney Brennan is a 1988 graduate of Marquette University Law School.Since that time he has focused his practice on the defense of individuals and business entities in criminal proceedings at the state and federal levels,both within and outside the state of Wisconsin.He is a past member of the Wisconsin State Bar Young Lawyer's Division Board of Directors,previously served as Co-Chairman of the Milwaukee Bar Association's Litigation Section,currently chairs the Milwaukee Bar Association's Criminal Law Secton,and presently serves on the Wisconsin State Bar's Criminal Law Section Board of Directors. He is a memberof the Wisconsin State Bar,the Milwaukee Bar Association,the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association,the 7th Circuit Bar Association,and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Attorney Brennan has lectured on topics ranging from Federal Grand Jury practice,to the defense of high profile criminal cases. Brennan has extensive state and federal court trial experience,and has argued cases before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is the founder and president of BRENNAN LAW,L.L.C.,and curently practices out of the firm's offices in Milwaukee,Wisconsin.
