Profile

Attorney Rebecca Coffee’s practice focuses on representing people accused of crime in State, Federal, and Municipal Courts throughout Wisconsin, in addition to traffic defense and school expulsion cases. Since joining Mastantuono Law Office in 2005, Attorney Coffee has quickly gained recognition as a young leader in the criminal defense bar, winning a string of consecutive jury trial acquittals. A persuasive negotiator, she consistently reaches innovative settlements for her clients, frequently crafting alternative dispute resolution agreements allowing her clients to move forward without a criminal record, or with a reduced charge. Attorney Coffee serves as a Board member of the Criminal Law Section, Wisconsin State Bar Association. Attorney Coffee was previously a staff attorney in Washington DC at the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project, assisting capital defenders in death row cases.
