Attorney Rebecca Coffee of the Mastantuono Law Office in Milwaukee practices criminal defense in state, federal and municipal courts throughout Wisconsin. She also handles traffic violations and school expulsion cases.
Attorney Coffee graduated from the Marquette University Law School in 2002. Since joining the Mastantuono Law Office in 2005, she has quickly gained recognition as a young leader in the area of criminal defense by winning a string of consecutive jury trial acquittals. She is also a persuasive negotiator who consistently reaches innovative settlements, frequently crafting alternative dispute resolution agreements allowing her clients to move forward without a criminal record or with a reduced charge. Notably, she achieved a dismissal in June 2009 for a firefighter charged with homicide after using a firearm to defend himself in his home against an intruder.
Attorney Coffee serves as a board member of the criminal law section of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. She was previously a staff attorney in Washington D.C. at the American Bar Association’s death penalty representation project, assisting capital defenders in death row cases. She takes pride in giving back to the community, participating in Lawyers for the Boys & Girls Club, an annual legal community fundraiser hosted by Mastantuono Law Office.
