Robert L. Habush has practiced for more than 45 years as a trial lawyer for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. A past President of ATLA in 1986, he has been honored with ATLA’s highest award – Champion of Justice. The ATLA Endowment carries his name, as does the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers’ Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. In 2001, he was named among the top ten litigators in the United States and, in 2005, named the Top Personal Injury Trial Lawyer in Milwaukee by Milwaukee Magazine. In 2005, he was voted by his peers to be the top trial lawyer in Wisconsin. He is a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the past 25 years.
