Profile

Thomas L. Frenn concentrates his practice on corporate and small business law, real estate, and estate planning. His practice includes counseling businesses small and large, including nonprofits, on a variety of needs including buying and selling a business, contracts, real estate, and employee relations. He is a former Chairperson of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is Chairperson for the Editorial Board for the multi-volume series of books The Wisconsin Business Advisor. He is co-author of several chapters of another publication, A Guide for Wisconsin Nonprofit Organizations, which can be obtained through the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has served on the board of a number of nonprofit organizations. He is currently the Chair of the State Bar Business Law Section, Nonprofit Organizations.
