Profile

Timothy Edwards is a partner at Axley Brynelson in Madison, Wisconsin, practicing primarily in the areas of employment law, business law, appellate litigation, professional licensure disputes, and criminal defense. Mr. Edwards is the chairman of Axley Brynelson's Electronic Discovery and Records Management Team. Over his career, Mr. Edwards has drafted countless appellate briefs and represented hundreds of clients in state and federal court and various administrative tribunals. Mr. Edwards is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he teaches civil procedure, pretrial advocacy, evidence, legal writing, and professional responsibility.
