William T. Stuart is a shareholder with the law firm of Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C., and is a member of the firm's executive committee. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, commercial real estate transaction and issues regarding the development of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Stuart is a lecturer and author on issues dealing with real property law. He is a co-chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Real Property Section and was named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2007.
