Profile

Mr. Rosenthal's statewide practice is focused on litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial and catastrophic tort cases. As the principal litigator for Hathaway & Kunz, P.C., he has represented individuals, corporations and businesses in litigation before state and federal courts across Wyoming. Mr. Rosenthal has earned an AV (preeminent) peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Copyright 2008 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC) in both Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation. He has served as President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and was elected to serve on the Wyoming Judicial Nominating Commission. Mr. Rosenthal has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wyoming School of Law.
