James D. Clark is a founding member of Alley Clark Greiwe & Fulmer, a leading personal injury law firm located in Tampa, Florida. He focuses primarily on medical malpractice, products liability and mass torts (pharmaceutical and medical products) claims throughout the United States.
Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in Florida and North Carolina. He has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of USA vs. Raymond Place in 1983.
He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Further, Mr. Clark authored a chapter in "Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook" entitled “Jury Selection,” which has been published by The Florida Bar.
In 1996, Mr. Clark received the annual Michael A. Fogarty Memorial "In the Trenches Award," which recognizes excellence in trial skills and ethical conduct. Further, he has been selected annually since 2005 as one of the best lawyers in America by The Best Lawyers in America in two categories: personal injury and medical malpractice. Further, he received an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell* and has the distinction of being selected by Super Lawyers magazine as one of Florida's top trial attorneys for the 2010 edition.
