J. Daniel Clark

Attorney J. Daniel Clark is the managing partner of Clark Martino, P.A., in Tampa, Florida. He is a nationally ranked trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience. He provides knowledgeable counsel and support to clients across his region who have suffered a serious injury or lost a loved one due to someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

Board-certified as a civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar, Mr. Clark has achieved remarkable success advocating on behalf of innocent accident victims and their families, and he has recovered millions of dollars in total compensation for those adversely affected by motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, medical malpractice, defective products and other preventable tragedies.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Clark has served as chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Trial & Litigation Section as well as an executive board member from 2003 to 2013. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
