Attorney Douglas P. Krevolin is a founding partner of Krevolin & Horst LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. For more than 25 years, he has focused his practice on representing entrepreneurs, corporate businesses, real estate developers and lenders involved in a variety of business transactions, commercial real estate, leasing and financing matters.
He also serves as outside general counsel to a number of businesses in the area on business formation, financing, acquisitions and sales, contracts and corporate governance.
Mr. Krevolin has been recognized by his clients and peers for his creative, proactive representation. Among other distinctions, he was named as one of the top lawyers in Georgia Trend magazine. He was also selected by Chambers USA as one of the top real estate attorneys in Atlanta in 2009.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Krevolin received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1982 and is licensed to practice in Georgia. He is an active member of both the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
