Attorney Geoffrey E. Pope is the founder of Pope Law, LLC, a law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. A nationally ranked trial attorney with 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Pope provides invaluable counsel and support to clients throughout the greater Atlanta metro and surrounding areas who have suffered serious injuries or lost loved ones due to any of the following:

· Construction site accidents

Prior to founding his own practice and focusing on plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death claims, Mr. Pope worked as an insurance defense attorney advocating on behalf of product manufacturers, health care providers, insurance companies and other businesses. As such, he has a wealth of insight into the tactics defendants use to reduce or deny claims, which makes him all the more effective in devising the best strategy possible to help his plaintiff clients obtain the maximum amount of compensation they deserve.

Moreover, Mr. Pope has also received designation from the Daily Report as among the 15 Georgia Lawyers "On the Rise," and he has received Superb, 10 out of 10 client ratings on Avvo. He has also earned the status of fellow with the American Bar Association.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1990, Mr. Pope returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1993. While there, he was an active participant with the National Moot Court Team, and he served on the Georgia Law Review's editorial board. He was also a member of several honor societies, and he graduated from law school a member of the Order of Barristers.

A leader in his field, Mr. Pope serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Emory University School of Law, and he routinely conducts lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, where he once served as president, as well as the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the American Association for Justice and the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and other local, state and national legal organizations.
