These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.

“Fair and reasonable. Was President of the Atlanta Section of Family Law in 2011. Admitted to Inns of Court. Clients appreciate his ability to handle cases efficiently without wasting time and money. Peers appreciate his reasonable approach and responsiveness. Judges appreciate his keen knowledge of the law.”

“Jon and I work well together. We both advocate for our clients but we are civil to each other in the process. ”

“Jon has recently been named in Worth and Georgia Trend magazines as a top lawyer in his field. Each year the SuperLawyer list overlooks him yet names some of his colleagues who are either retired or no longer practicing in the domestic bar. Jon is an active participant in the Atlanta Bar Association and currently serves as VP/President Elect and one year away from being president. He is an elite member of the Charles Longstreet Weltner Inns of Court. Jon actively supports Visions Anew, a women's group dedicated to empowering women facing divorce. He has spoken at many CLE seminars and consistently receives high ratings on his presentations. Jon is a damn fine lawyer and has the respect of Judges in all counties and courts as well as of his legal peers. Clients send him referrals consistently. The fact that enough of his "competitors" do not submit his name is no reason to keep him off your list. We all are keenly aware that lawyers bargain with each other for nominations. Jon does not engage in such a practice since he considers recognition as a SuperLawyer to be an honor and not an advertisement. So please, include Jon Hedgepeth on your next list because he really is a Super Lawyer and a Super Person. Thank you.”

“Fine divorce lawyer with good bedside manner and understanding of when to fight.”

“Jon is a highly competent attorney and well versed in Family Law. I frequently refer clients to him and he has always done a fine job for them.”
