Daniel T. Clark is a founding member of Trinity Law Group, a business law boutique focused on serving entrepreneurs and emerging and established companies, as well as on representing venture capital funds and angel groups in investment transactions and C-level executives in compensation and termination matters. A Harvard Law and MIT graduate, he is a lead counsel in mergers and acquisitions (including international roll-ups, tuck-ins, and spinoffs), securities offerings (including private placements, angel rounds, and public offerings), and corporate governance and compliance. He counsels clients in a number of business sectors, including biotech, secured lending, software, internet, e-commerce, manufacturing, and sales.
