Ms. Bondi-Stoddard has over 25 years experience representing plaintiffs in many types of medical malpractice cases including women's health issues, birth injuries, neurological, cardiac, cancer-related cases and a host of other medical specialty cases where negligence is involved. She has written extensively on medical malpractice in publications such as The New York Law Journal. She has lectured on topics pertaining to medical malpractice law for lay audiences as well as fellow attorneys. Throughout the years she has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of a multitude of clients. The most important part of medical malpractice litigation, according to Ms. Bondi-Stoddard, is to help financially secure the future of significantly injured individuals so as to give them a better quality of life and to relieve the financial burden placed upon their overwhelmed family members. She is an advocate for patient awareness and is a member of the Health Committee for Long Island Women's Agenda which conducts yearly seminars on various health and social issues. She also sits on the Executive Board for LIWA as its President. She is active in raising money for breast cancer and ovarian cancer research as well as for the American Heart Association. She is a sponsor for various organizations involved with handicapped children including United Cerebral Palsy, the Theresa Foundation and Angela's House. She is also is a participant in the American Cancer Society Choose You program which raises funds and promotes awareness amongst women to take time out to make healthy choices for themselves
