Mr. Bryer's practice emphasizes foreign and domestic commercial transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, financing and licensing of intellectual property as well as strategic IP counseling and IP portfolio management. His representative clients include intellectual property owners, licensees, lenders, secured parties and corporate or general counsel. Mr. Bryer is currently serving as Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of the Trademark Reporter of the International Trademark Association. Mr. Bryer graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Hofstra University School of Law.
