He has been successful in holding wrongdoers accountable for harming his clients, including a Verdict of $13.9 million against a hospital that caused the death of a 30 year old mother, a Verdict of $8 million against a bus manufacturer and operator for the unsafe manufacture of a bus and unsafe operation by the driver causing a crash and serious injuries, a Verdict of $1 million holding the New York City Transit Authority accountable for an unsafe condition of a subway station causing a fall and serious injuries. He has also secured many substantial settlements in construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, for unsafe products, falls caused by unsafe streets, sidewalks, stores, buildings and apartments.
