A partner at Dysart Willis PLLC, G. Ryan Willis is dedicated to representing people in Raleigh, North Carolina, and throughout Wake County. He also accepts federal cases from clients in Raleigh, Durham and across the Research Triangle Region. Mr. Willis focuses his practice on criminal defense, generally handling cases that involve white collar offense, serious drug violations, sex offenses, and serious violent crime.

Prior to earning a law degree from the UNC School of Law, Mr. Willis attended NC State University. From there, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in history.

Starting his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Willis served with the Wake County District Attorney's office. In his capacity as an assistant district attorney, he gained valuable trial experience, as well as knowledge of criminal investigative techniques and procedures. Mr. Willis draws on this experience to help him fight for the rights of his clients in the state and federal courts.

Mr. Willis understands the impact being investigated for, or charged with, a crime can have on people, their families and their futures. For that reason, he puts an emphasis on providing his clients with personalized attention and listening to their needs and goals. With each case he handles, Mr. Willis stands by his client from the start of his or her case through its resolution. In recognition of his success, Mr. Willis holds an Avvo "Superb" rating.
