A well-seasoned personal injury attorney based in Ohio, Jami S. Oliver is also the founder of the Oliver Law Office, with branches in Dublin and Columbus. She focuses her practice primarily on representing those who have been deprived of their ability to live a full and happy life due to injury or discriminatory practices. She has experience handling a variety of cases involving:

Ms. Oliver works for parents and families of those seriously injured by defective products, including prescription drugs, as well as those suffering losses due to the negligence of others in other accidents. Her litigation practice also includes representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated as a result of discriminatory practices, including whistleblowers protected by qui tam and labor laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act and various other laws.
Licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court, Ms. Oliver extends her diligent representation to employees for filing and processing their administrative and disability appeals. She is a former president of the Ohio Women's Bar Association and the Central Ohio Association for Justice and serves on the board of directors of the Ohio Association for Justice. In addition, she holds memberships in the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Majoring in English with a concentration in writing, Ms. Oliver graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the Ohio Northern University in 1990. In 1993, she secured her doctorate in jurisprudence from The Ohio State University – Moritz College of Law.
