Tim focuses his practice in helping people who have been injured in accidents receive fair compensation from insurance companies. Tim handles many types of accident cases including car, truck, motorycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents; slip and falls; medical malpractice; and accidents caused by defective and dangerous products. Tim has extensive experience in negotiating settlements with insurance companies in injury and death cases and tries cases in the State and Federal Courts. In order to better serve his clients, Tim earned a Master's Degree in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2008.
