A 1978 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, Mr. Gannon attended the School of Law at Indiana University, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1983. After completing clerkships at several federal courts in Indiana, Mr. Gannon returned to his native Vermont and worked as an insurance defense attorney early in his career.

Through this experience, he gained invaluable insight into the industry and the tactics insurance companies use to reduce or deny claims. Armed with this knowledge, he is able to better prepare his cases to improve the likelihood that he will recover the full amount of compensation for his plaintiff clients.
