James A. Pitts

Mr. Pitts is a partner in Schoone, Leuck, Kelley, Pitts & Pitts, S.C., in Racine, Wisconsin. He handles cases throughout Wisconsin and some cases in Illinois. Mr. Pitts focuses on medical malpractice, products liability, general tort liability, motor vehicle and construction accidents, in addition to workers' compensation claims, exclusively for plaintiffs. Mr. Pitts is Board Certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association , Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys and Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association.
