Lisa L. Patterson

Lisa L. Patterson is the founding attorney and owner of the law firm LL Patterson LLC in Springboro, Ohio. She prominently represents employers in logistics, health care, manufacturing, retail and automobile industries across the state of Ohio and litigates matters involving workers’ compensation defense, noncompliant issues, international tort defense, Violations of Specific Safety Requirement, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Ms. Patterson established the firm with the mission to provide transparent and exceptional service to Ohio employers and ensure that their rights are protected. She assists them throughout various legal processes, including the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation investigations, hearings and appeals in court. In addition, she is also trained in collaborative law and actively participates in the move to include collaborative law methods in the employment law field.

An alumnus of The University of St. Michael’s College, Ms. Patterson obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English and graduated in the year 1990. She completed her legal studies at the Capital University Law School in Columbus and received her Juris Doctor in 1995.

With over 26 years of experience as an attorney, Ms. Patterson has tirelessly worked to advocate for her clients’ rights. She understands the issues employers confront on a day-to-day basis and how critical it is to carefully review claims and help them save money and avoid unnecessary legal issues.

Ms. Patterson has engaged as a speaker in multiple conferences conducted by Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA). She serves as the director of the SHRM Foundation Committee for the Miami Valley Human Resources Association. She holds memberships in a few organizations such as the Dayton Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the OSBA, the Springboro Chamber of Commerce and the Southwest Ohio Self Insurers Association.
