Robert L. Rush

In 1986, Mr. Rush received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He then graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1989, where he was invited to join the Order of Barristers and Inns of Court.
