John H. Kim is a trial lawyer. Board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, John has taken significant verdicts in, but not limited to, oil and gas, complex business, contract issues, trademark, pharmaceutical, refinery/chemical plant, trucking, products liability, and a plethora of general negligence cases. He has been involved in complex litigation including class counsel and MDL appointments in cases ranging from antitrust to pharmaceutical litigation. John represents parties on both sides of the docket and will entertain creative fee arrangements.
