He is author or co-author of over 75 articles and book chapters on bankruptcy law, creditors' rights law, ethics and real estate foreclosures, including five Virginia Law Foundation handbooks: Bankruptcy Practice in Virginia, Debt Collection for Virginia Lawyers, Enforcement of Liens and Judgments in Virginia, Virginia Foreclosure Practice and The Virginia Lawyer. His bankruptcy practice is limited to representing creditors. There is no procedure in the Commonwealth of Virginia for approving certifying organizations.
