Having successfully prosecuted numerous consumer class actions in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., Philip Friedman has earned a reputation as one of the leading experts in consumer law. His work in obtaining multimillion-dollar judgments for consumer fraud has been prominently featured in The Wall Street Journal, CBS Evening News and other local and national media outlets. Mr. Friedman is also the General Counsel of the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Electronic Privacy Information Center. Mr. Friedman previously served as the Deputy General Counsel of the 1992 Clinton/Gore campaign. Mr. Friedman is a graduate with honors from the University of California -- Berkeley and Stanford Law School.
