Mark F. O'Donnell is a founding member of Preg O'Donnell & Gillett with offices in Seattle, Portland, and Anchorage. Under the leadership of Mark and co-founder, Eric Gillett (also named in the Super Lawyers list), the firm has grown to 30 lawyers. Mark has extensive knowledge in construction litigation and school law. Over the past 28 years he has acquired vast experience in defending cases with as many as 20 parties and damages in excess of $30 million. Mark is AV-rated and regularly speaks on school and construction defect law. He has co-authored law review articles and construction and school law materials.

Verdicts and Settlements:
- Preg O'Donnell & Gillett lawyers have tried 15 cases to verdict since August of 2009 in Washington and Oregon. Mark O'Donnell tried the Canfield v. Seattle Public Schools Employment Retaliation Claim case in July, 2011 in Seattle, King County, Washington. The Court set aside the verdict as a result of post-trial motions. The case has been appealed by the Plaintiff.
