Verdicts and Settlements:

• Preg O'Donnell & Gillett lawyers have tried 15 cases to verdict since August of 2009 in Washington and Oregon.  Mark O'Donnell tried the Canfield v. Seattle Public Schools Employment Retaliation Claim case in July, 2011 in Seattle, King County, Washington.  The Court set aside the verdict as a result of post-trial motions.  The case has been appealed by the Plaintiff.
