My nickname is … SMC, Muzzy, Daddy Monster.

When I started, I wish I knew … to never let a client get behind on their retainer.

My career high point (so far) has been … arguing before the 5th Circuit.

My most embarrassing moment as a lawyer was … accidentally walking out of the courtroom with the court’s file.

If I weren’t a lawyer I’d be … a music venue owner.

When I win a case, I celebrate by … listening to loud music.

The SCOTUS justice I’d like to meet is … RBG.

The SCOTUS decision I’d overturn is … Korematsu v. United States.

A different practice area that intrigues me is … patent law.

I can’t believe more people haven’t read … The Four Agreements

I can do a pretty good impersonation of … Christopher Walken.

My fictional hero is … Ted Lasso.

On weekends, I … run a Dungeons & Dragons game.

My most bizarre talent is … random fantasy game knowledge.

The talent I wish I had is … photographic memory. Or, if flight was an option, flight.

If I had a time machine, I’d … warn myself about the law.

My motto is … Our clients’ success is our success.

The craziest thing I’ve witnessed in the courtroom is … someone actually doing drugs.

My favorite song lyric is … “Tasting you in rain / I walk down to the train / Try not to look down / This day could someday be an anniversary / Everything is light and sound” – “Sweet Avenue” by Jets to Brazil.

The movie line I most often quote is … “Where’s the money, Lebowski!?”

The three people I’d invite to dinner are … Matt Lillard, Joe Manganiello, Jason Sudeikis.

The last TV show I binge-watched was … Ted Lasso.

Nothing cheers me up like … pop-punk music—usually, Saves the Day.

My guilty pleasure is … a charcuterie board.

My favorite word is … tintinnabulation.

If I won the lottery I’d … invest half and give half away.

My worst previous job was … rollercoaster operator.

The question I’m tired of answering is … “Should I go to law school?”
