Seattle attorney and cinephile Bob Cumbow shares his movie list

Bob Cumbow is a partner at the Seattle office of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, where he focuses on trademark and copyright law. He also knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the art of film, having written books and articles on film for 50 years, taught film at Seattle University, and frequently lectured with the Seattle International Film Festival’s film education program.
Over the past year, the intellectual property attorney has kept track of the films he watched during quarantine—“catching up with movies I hadn’t seen before, and revisiting old friends that I’ve watched many times.”
As the lockdown approached the one-year mark, Cumbow’s list approached 250 films and series. Here they are, starting at Day 1 of Week 1, reading down each column.
