Anne Wainscott-Sargent is an award-winning writer who has spent more than 15 years covering the science and tech advances redefining space, aviation, defense and biomedicine, among other industries. Her OpEd and journalism work has appeared in The Hill, Space News, Aviation Week, SIGNAL Magazine, The Financial Times, World Economic Forum, and Upward, the quarterly magazine of the International Space Station. A two-time book author, Anne wrote a memoir chronicling families, including her own, who have lost loved ones from smoking, as well as an Atlanta moving guide highlighting the neighborhoods, institutions and other dynamics that make Atlanta a magnet for creatives and Fortune 500 firms. Anne is a Dayton, Ohio, native and an honors graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
