Ms. Eloranto has been representing insurance companies and their insureds for almost 20 years with a current emphasis on defending bad faith suits stemming from disputes over property damage and/or personal injury. She has defended doctors and hospitals in Colorado and Washington, as well as national pharmaceutical companies and medical product manufacturers in cases filed around the country. Ms. Eloranto has also managed a number of E-Discovery projects. In 2019, Ms. Eloranto has given presentations on the bad faith set up used by aggressive public adjusters and other policy holder advocates including speaking nationally at the Gavel Annual Conference in Florida (2021) and the NAMWOLF DDLC conference in Texas (2022). Ms. Eloranto currently serves as the Region 2 VP representation on the CBA Executive Council and Board of Governors. She is a shareholder of her firm.
