Attorney David M. Zagoria is the founder of The Zagoria Law Firm, LLC. From his Atlanta law office, he works to protect the rights of victims of negligence living throughout the state of Georgia by representing them and their families as they pursue compensation. Mr. Zagoria began his legal career in 1996 after earning a law degree from South Texas College of Law and his admission to the State Bar of Georgia. At the beginning of his career, he practiced criminal law, serving as assistant solicitor at the DeKalb County Solicitor-General's Office, as assistant district attorney at the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office and as chief senior assistant district attorney at The Fulton County District Attorney's Office.

When attorney Zagoria decided to leave the public sector and go into private practice, he chose to focus his efforts on personal injury law. Since changing his area of practice, he has built a reputation as an effective, professional and dedicated personal injury attorney, and his reputation for delivering high-quality legal services has led to a number of honors, including a "Superb" rating from AVVO and inclusion in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers' list and AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.  In 2018, Mr. Zagoria graduated for Gerry Spence Trail Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming.

  • Hendricks v. King and Espinosa. Suit filed in State Court of Hall County after Anthony “AJ” Hendricks, Jr. was injured while swimming behind a pontoon boat owned by King (Negligent Entrustment) and operated by Espinosa (Negligence). The suit alleges that Espinosa was consuming alcohol while driving the boat owned by King and that after stopping so guests on the boat could swim, Espinosa suddenly engaged the engine, causing the propeller to hit Hendricks’ legs.   • Davis v. Aspen Woods Apartment Complex. The client was a victim of a home invasion while staying at his girlfriend’s apartment. He broke his tibia jumping out of the window of the apartment.
