William K. Holland

Attorney William K. Holland is the founder and owner of Holland Injury Law in St. Louis, Missouri. A highly rated attorney with 32 years of legal experience, Mr. Holland has personally recovered over $200 million for his clients and is one of the most successful attorneys in Missouri.

Licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, Mr. Holland serves clients throughout both states who seek justice for their harms and losses caused by someone else's negligent, careless or unlawful actions. Handling all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims, Mr. Holland has achieved unprecedented success advocating on behalf of those in need.

As further evidence of his impeccable professionalism and exceptional legal abilities, Mr. Holland has received several awards and honors throughout his career. In 2012, The National Trial Lawyers voted him among the country's Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and The American Lawyer magazine named him a Top Rated Lawyer for Personal Injury in 2013. He also holds a perfect 10.0 rating from AVVO as well as an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell.  In 2020, he was selected as a Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America, which is exclusive to the top one-half of one percent of all lawyers.  Mr. Holland was inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 1999.  

A 1989 graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia School of Journalism, Mr. Holland returned to his alma mater and attended the University of Missouri School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1992.  He was a member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution while in law school.   The Missouri Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and the Illinois State Bar Association admitted him in 1993.

Recognized as a leader in personal injury law, Mr. Holland regularly conducts lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics involving accident litigation and insurance law. He is a member of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, as well as the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Holland and many of his high-profile clients are often featured on local television stations, which have also interviewed him for his sought after opinions on personal injury law.

In his spare time, Mr. Holland serves on the Board of Directors of First Tee and helps to fundraise for St. Louis Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital.
